AxeTracka Boxed Dual Axis Wind-Parking Solar Sensor Controller

Prices will be here with a buy button shortly, just working the final figures.

You can see a blue terminal block on the tilt sensor box on the above right photo; this is where you plug in the red and black wires from the Anemometer. It will have a red black dot so you get them as I want them.
Apart from the tilt sensors, you use the solar controller as you would my SDA dual axis sensors. The program for tracking is the same as all my earlier programs, only now much more stable due to some fine tuning of hardware & software.
What all the LEDs are for, Below

Adjusting tilt sensors

Tilt sensors will be in a 3rd enclosure to make adjustments easier simply by turning the box. This will avoid the need to open the LED sensor box to make adjustments to the parking possition.

Note; The two photos above right show 4 tilt sensors, this dual axis. so you also need to get the north/south tilt possition also.
if you have not already figured it out, the tracker should stop when both tilt switches are level, or both in the off position.
See the link below for tilt setting page info. But for testing, simply set the tiltsensor box square to the panels at the midday possition, then manually drive the tracker half west 7 half north or south, then press the red button and the tracker should come back to the flat midday possition.
Remember, once it has parked, be it from wind, darkness, or manually activated, it will enter the 30 minute sleep cycle once parked. To get it out of sleep cycle to adjust more, simply throw the main switch to the OFF possition, count to 3 and turn it on again.
I personally prefer they park in the flat midday possition as it allows wind to go over and under the flat panel array, no matter what direction the wind is from. But again, this is all for you to decide.
NOTE ON WIND SPEED ACTIVATION; you may have a large array of say 2kw or larger, in this case I suggest cutting the activation speed back a little, to say 18-20 mph, but again, this is something you need to figure out, not me. If you want it programmed to activate parking at a lower speed than 25mph, just ask I will lower it if you are not into the programming side of things.
PROBLEM HUNTING;
Should the tracker rock back & forth when it should be stopped in the park position, bend the switches downwards a little so they are both in the off position at the desired axis.
What if your tracker heads the wrong direction when park is activated?
A; turn the tilt sensor over.
SPECIAL NOTE:
the tilt & solar sensor & anemometer all work on 5 volts only. DO NOT run a 12v or 24v wire to the tilt switch to test them. You will fry the entire unit.
