The same sensor with a home made digital on/off switch works as well. See this page on how to make wind trigger.
If you want the sensors and wish to make your own digital wind sensor, just let me know and I will have two wires coming out where the Anemometer wires normally go. Hook your switch to them and away you go.
How to use these sensors is at bottom of this page.

Like all my sensors the program for tracking works the same as my regular east/west sensors. a few minutes delay on west and about 7 to 10 minutes delay on east for reverse inhibit. The big difference is that the tracker will not park to east at night. It will park at the midday position, if left as I preset the tilt sensors which are inside the LED sensor box. Or, You can adjust the tilt sensors by opening the LED sensor box and gently bend the tilt sensors to your desired parking position. BUT BE CAUTIOUS. Make sure that you have both switches tilted so they are both in the OFF position at the desired time/location to stop. I will add another photo below regarding this soon. But your tilt switches must be both OFF at the position parked.
Once the sensor has decided its too windy, or you push the park button to make it park, remember it will go into a 30 minute sleep cycle once parked. Nothing will work until the 30 sleep has expired, or, you can turn power off at the main switch, count 5 seconds and switch it back on and it will start tracking again. The parking feature, manual or auto park will NOT work unless the main switch is in the autotracking possition.

Adjusting tilt sensors

Tilt sensors will be in a 3rd enclosure to make adjustments easier simply by turning the box. This will avoid the need to open the LED sensor box to make adjustments to the parking possition.

Note; The two photos above right show 4 tilt sensors, this dual axis. so for single axis I have only referred to the east/west drive tilt switches.
if you have not already figured it out, the tracker should stop when both tilt switches are level, or both in the off position.
PROBLEM HUNTING;
Should the tracker rock back & forth when it should be stopped in the park position, bend the switches downwards a little so they are both in the off position at the desired axis.
What if your tracker heads the wrong direction when park is activated?
A; turn the tilt sensor over.
SPECIAL NOTE:
the tilt & solar sensor & anemometer all work on 5 volts only. DO NOT run a 12v or 24v wire to the tilt switch to test them. You will fry the entire unit.
